Who are you?

My name is Carolina and I´m a yoga teacher, yoga student and above all someone who loves to bring people together and accompany them on their personal journey. For me, yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life that shows me always how valuable mindfulness, connection and inner balance are.


Why should Yoga be shared with the world?

Yoga leads us back to our true nature. In a world where we are constantly exposed to outside influences and distractions, yoga gives us the space to reconnect with ourselves. I truly believe that we need this connection more than ever. Mindful Yoga can be accessible to everyone - and that's why as many people as possible should benefit from this holistic, healing practice.


What do you teach and what is your teaching style?

My classes are always tailored to the people practising with me. It is important to me to create a balance between challenge and relaxation and to pay attention to precise alignment. I love to consciously feel the body, but also to explore finer, more subtle levels of practice. I like to integrate breathing exercises and meditation to harmonise body, mind and spirit. My classes are not about mastering perfect asanas, but about meeting yourself with curiosity and compassion.

What is your favorite Asana?

My favourite asana is the supported reclining butterfly (supta baddha konasana). In this pose, I can feel how gravity gently carries me, how I can let go and invite expansiveness. It is a moment of surrender in which I feel both grounded and free - a feeling I love to share with my students.
