ABOUT THE INNER GROWTH CIRCLE
Yoga practice can open doors. Thoughts arise, emotions surface, something shifts inside. And yet, once the class ends, there isn’t always space for them to land.
This is why we created the Inner Growth Circle.
Once a month, we invite you to pause and truly check in with yourself. In a world that constantly asks you to function, perform, and stay switched on, this circle offers a counterbalance - a space to slow down, ground, and reconnect.
You’ll be guided through reflection, visualization, and sharing in an intimate circle. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, calmer in your nervous system, and clearer about what matters — with simple tools you can practice and integrate daily for lasting change.
What to bring: A journal, a pen & comfortable clothes. Water and tea will be provided.
