The Hearts & Souls of OMNI Yoga

-on and off the mat-

  • Hi! My name is Elena, I'm at the beginning of my twenties, and I'm (among others) an Anusara Yoga teacher. I love to move and dance and connect with others.

  • Yoga helps me to feel more connected to myself, love myself, and to stay more calm in difficult situations. Since there is often much tension in the world, I think it would help a lot people to be more calm and, especially, to love not only others but themselves a little more.

  • Since I’m quite new at teaching Yoga, I'm still experimenting with my teaching style. I'm open to trying new things in my class to make the best possible experience for my students. I think my practice can be flowing and strong, but I also like a calm and relaxing Yoga session. Either way, I always try to send your mind into a relaxed place and to open the heart for the day and the energy around us.

  • Hard question, one would probably be the handstand - Adho Mukha Vrksasana - because it combines strength, balance and connection. I also love the pigeon at the end of every lesson. But I could never choose only one :)

  • I am Carlotta, a yoga student and teacher with German and Canarian roots, deeply inspired by the transformative power of yoga. My journey began with my mother—seeing the profound change yoga brought into her life sparked my own passion for the practice. Through yoga, I strive to contribute in my own way to making the world and our connections a more beautiful, compassionate place.

  • Yoga should be shared with the world because it has the power to create a ripple effect of positivity, healing, and transformation. When we cultivate balance and inner peace within ourselves, we contribute to a more harmonious world. Taking time for personal practice is not selfish; rather, it allows us to move through life with more awareness, compassion, and presence, positively influencing those around us. By integrating yoga into daily life, we learn to listen to our bodies with honesty, practice self-compassion, and find both strength and ease. Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, yoga invites us to connect deeply with ourselves. As we cultivate inner peace, we naturally extend that peace outward, making yoga a gift that benefits not only the individual but the world as a whole.

  • My classes are designed as little journeys, offering gentle yet empowering flows that encourage self-exploration and balance. Breath plays a central role in my teaching, as I see it as a precious guide that connects movement and awareness. I love to incorporate pranayama and short meditations here and there, providing moments of stillness amidst the flow. My goal is to give impulses in each class—something to reflect on and perhaps integrate into daily life. I encourage my students to be honest with their bodies, to push themselves only to a point that is beneficial, and to recognize that their practice is for them, not against them. My classes are accompanied by music, creating a dynamic yet calming atmosphere. Students have described my teaching as both challenging and deeply relaxing, helping them find strength, stillness, and greater mobility. Ultimately, I strive to make yoga a practice that supports and nourishes, both on and off the mat.

  • My favorite asana is Sirsasana (Headstand) because it requires me to be fully present and connected to my body. It acts as an instant mirror, reflecting how I feel in the moment—whether I am grounded and balanced or in need of more inner stability. Beyond its physical benefits, Sirsasana offers a powerful shift in perspective, almost like a reset for both mind and body. It also serves as the perfect reminder that true stability comes from a balance of strength and softness-engaging with control while staying open and adaptable.

Stephanie
  • My name is Stephanie, and together with Darja, I created the beautiful space of OMNI Yoga. After years of working as an IT Project Manager, I felt the call to make a radical shift—trading screens and deadlines for movement and mindfulness. Yoga became not just a practice, but a passion that reshaped my path, leading me to share its transformative power with others.

  • Yoga should be shared with the world because it reminds us that we’re not alone. In a fast-paced world, we rarely take the time to slow down, recenter, and simply breathe. But when we step onto the mat, we create space—not just for ourselves, but for connection, presence, and a sense of togetherness.

As a mother, I’ve learned that children are the ultimate yoga challenge. Yoga has been my anchor through the beautiful chaos of motherhood, teaching me to find steadiness when everything else feels unpredictable.

And that’s exactly why yoga matters. It’s more than movement—it’s a practice that supports us through life’s ups and downs, offering balance, clarity, and deep connection.

  • My teaching style is a balance of strength and softness, effort and ease. I love guiding students through dynamic movements that build heat and energy, then allowing space to pause and integrate. It’s about finding strength while staying calm, getting the heart rate up while remaining grounded, and embracing both challenge and rest in equal measure.

  • Lately, I’ve been discovering true ease and joy in my Downward-Facing Dog. Often referred to as a “home base,” this pose rarely feels like home when you first begin practicing yoga. Even after years on the mat, I continue to experience shifts in alignment, strength, and the balance between effort and ease in this shape. Sometimes, it takes years to fully integrate all the subtle cues and refinements—but that’s the beauty of the practice.

Tessa
  • I’m Tessa, a yoga teacher and medical student based in Berlin. I love to bring together my two passions - yoga and medicine - so my teaching is shaped by a blend of scientific, anatomical understanding and a deep appreciation for mindful, intuitive movement. Yoga has been a grounding force throughout my own journey, and I’m excited to share that with others.

  • Yoga reminds us of something we often forget: we already carry strength, softness, and balance within us. In a world that constantly draws our attention outward, it invites us back into our bodies - to breathe, feel, and reconnect. Even when everything else feels uncertain, we still have our breath to guide us through movement and mind.

  • I love dynamic, creative and fluid flows, guided where the movement is guided by our breath and every transition has intention. My classes are an invitation to explore your body’s strength and softness at the same time and to move with curiosity rather than perfection. I try to integrate scientific understanding of how our bodies function, while still celebrating the intuitive, expressive side of practice. You’ll find playful challenges woven into the flow, especially when it comes to arm balances and handbalancing poses. But above all, I aim to create a space where you feel grounded, supported, and encouraged to move in a way that is sustainable for your body - finding both effort and ease as you flow.

  • Savasana :) because a teacher once told me that the whole asana practice is really just preparation for this moment of stillness - and I think that is a beautiful thought.

Leonie Fee
  • I am Leonie, a yogini from Berlin :) Yoga and its philosophy has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Yoga helps me understand who I am and how I move in and with the world.

  • Yoga allows you to explore your own body and your relationship to it. Something as simple as a yoga class can turn the constant stream of thoughts quiet. You might not notice it during class, but afterwards there is always a sense of peace, of you being present. I believe that this is an incredibly important lever to counteract the fast-paced world we live in and a lot more people should make use of it.

  • I design my classes with the idea of the yoga practice being a form of meditation. I teach soft and gentle flows as well as restorative and nidra sequences. Both forms of practice are united by the idea of challenging not only your physical body but also your mental self. Moving with consciousness, allowing your body to experience sensations and tuning into what your body is telling you. I love to include intuitive movements into my flows in order to give space to listen to your inner self and follow what it needs. My classes move your awareness into your body allowing you to connect with yourself, leaving you feeling present, balanced and in harmony with your body, mind and soul.

  • Always changing. At the moment I really enjoy Cat/ Cow as a starting point for intuitive movement, waking up my spine and exploring in which ways it likes to be moved today.

Ori
  • I’m Ori, a yoga teacher originally from Israel and now based in Berlin. My background is in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and I approach yoga as both a discipline and a creative, personal practice. Teaching is an extension of that journey- part of the yogic path of learning, embodying, and sharing it with others.

  • I think that this practice is a great gift. Following this path cultivates clarity, presence, and compassion, qualities that naturally ripple outward into our relationships and communities.

  • At Omni I teach Radiant Strength classes. My teaching is very much Ashtanga-inspired, so you could expect a dynamic yet mindful breath led Vinyasa flow. My style is grounded yet challenging, with an emphasis on alignment, awareness, and creating space self exploration and contemplation. The goal is always to leave the mat feeling clearer, softer, and more centered.

  • Urdhva Dhanurasana (bridge Pose). It opens the body in all directions at once: heart, shoulders, hips.. And always reveals what’s really going on inside.

  • I’m Darja, together with Stephanie co-founder of OMNI Yoga. After nearly a decade in the banking industry and a degree in business law, I realized that movement had always played a bigger role in my life than legal texts and numbers. I still remember my first yoga class - the teacher began by asking, “How are you feeling today? What are you feeling today?” It struck me that I hadn’t asked myself these questions in a long time. My life had been fast-paced leaving little space for self-reflection. Yoga became my way to pause, to listen and to reconnect with myself.

I am a Mother. Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers on and off the mat. Just like in yoga, it requires presence, patience and the ability to find balance in the midst of change. To be a loving and encouraged mother is to move through life with both resilience and softness - just as we do in practice. Yoga teaches us to breathe through discomfort, to embrace imperfection and to show up fully, even when things feel messy. These lessons mirror the beauty of motherhood, reminding me daily that strength is not just about power but also about grace and deep connection.

  • Yoga isn’t just about movement - it’s about awareness and presence. In a world that constantly pulls us outward, yoga guides us inward, creating space to feel and to simply be. It’s a practice that supports us in both our strongest and most vulnerable moments, reminding us that we are never alone.

  • I love strong, dynamic flows that build heat and invite exploration. My classes are about discovering your own potential - challenging yourself while staying connected to your breath and inner stability. Strength and softness, effort and ease, power and surrender - all coexist on the mat, just as they do in life. My goal is to create a space where students can step out of their busy minds, into their bodies and leave feeling both grounded and empowered.

  • Right now, my favorite asana is Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). It requires both strength and trust—finding balance between control and letting go. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the greatest growth happens when we allow ourselves to lean into the unknown.

  • My name is Natalie. My passion for Yoga has started only 6 years back, when I first got in contact with the practice. Since then I am not only an enthusiastic student of yoga but also a student of life, a sincere seeker, a playful child, and a channel through which I’m sharing this meaningful practice with others.

  • Yoga should be shared with the world as it is our birth right to be healthy, happy and free. These ancient practices are a tool that has the ability heal, free and connect in the most effective and natural way. But it is much more, beyond the physical aspects of yoga that are nurturing for body and mind, it is a philosophy and way of life which for me is closest to what I perceive as the truth, so everyone should know about and be able to apply it to their lives.

  • My teaching style is based on Vinyasa Yoga but also has bits and pieces of other styles such as Hatha and Ashtanga. You can expect a holistic Yoga class from me including chanting, philosophy, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. I build my classes around a theme, which is often connected to a yogic philosophical concept. I’m also offering variations to make Yoga most inclusive and accessible to everyone.

  • Natarajanasa or dancer pose, not only because it is the embodiment of King Nataraja, a depiction of Shiva, the god of destruction and transformation but also because it is building strength but at the same time is very playful. Some of my friends say it is my signature pose as it is my number one pose in pictures wherever I go - and my Instagram is full of it, check it out ;-)

Barbara
  • Hi, I’m Barbara, an enthusiastic person who is partly grounded, and at the same time flying in the clouds, but always stays on the bright side of life. I live in Berlin, my original profession is a Journalist, I worked for the biggest newspapers back then. Thanks to a spontaneous one-way ticket tour in 2020 I became a Yoga teacher. Long story, I will tell you once. :)

  • It teaches you to reconnect with your inner self and body. A natural way of healing yourself without substances or medicines, the key of being forever young.

  • I am a Sound healer, Hatha, Yin, Flow and Prenatal Yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. I encourage people to listen to their bodies and let go of the constant control. I find life too Yang-oriented, I like practicing and teaching strongly, although I prefer to bring in the soft and calm Yin energy into my classes.

  • Gomukhasana

  • I’m Paulina, a certified 500-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher and practitioner for crystal sound baths based in Berlin. I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their yoga journey, creating a sacred space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. My mission is to help people find stillness and inner peace amidst the chaos of daily life.

  • Yoga is a gift that allows us to come home to ourselves. In a world that moves so fast, it creates a rare and sacred pause—a space to breathe, to feel, and to simply be. I want to share yoga with the world because I’ve experienced its power to heal, to nurture, and to connect us.

  • I guide dynamic Vinyasa flows intertwined with the calming practices of meditation, pranayama, and crystal sound baths, creating a deeply nurturing and transformative experience. My teaching comes from the heart — supportive, intuitive, and adaptable—holding space for everyone, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, to feel seen, empowered, and truly connected to yourself.

  • Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon)—it’s a beautiful mix of balance, focus, and letting go, and a reminder of the strength and grace we hold within ourselves.

Carolina
  • My name is Carolina and I´m a yoga teacher, yoga student and above all someone who loves to bring people together and accompany them on their personal journey. For me, yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life that shows me always how valuable mindfulness, connection and inner balance are.

  • Yoga leads us back to our true nature. In a world where we are constantly exposed to outside influences and distractions, yoga gives us the space to reconnect with ourselves. I truly believe that we need this connection more than ever. Mindful Yoga can be accessible to everyone - and that's why as many people as possible should benefit from this holistic, healing practice.

  • My classes are always tailored to the people practising with me. It is important to me to create a balance between challenge and relaxation and to pay attention to precise alignment. I love to consciously feel the body, but also to explore finer, more subtle levels of practice. I like to integrate breathing exercises and meditation to harmonise body, mind and spirit. My classes are not about mastering perfect asanas, but about meeting yourself with curiosity and compassion.

  • My favourite asana is the supported reclining butterfly (supta baddha konasana). In this pose, I can feel how gravity gently carries me, how I can let go and invite expansiveness. It is a moment of surrender in which I feel both grounded and free - a feeling I love to share with my students.

Nele
  • My name is Nele, I am an open-hearted soul ready to connect. Growing up at the German coast, life has taken me across the world and back again – now calling Berlin home, with a suitcase full of experiences and a deep love for yoga in my heart.

  • We live in a world that moves fast, often unconsciously. Yoga offers me a sacred pause, a way to return home to myself, to what truly matters to me. It grounds me, shifts my perspective, and reminds me that we are so much more than our daily struggles. Connecting mental and physical movement is such a beautiful opportunity and that feeling is what I want to share with others.

  • My classes are meditative and strong, yet explorative and playful. I love unusual transitions and sequences that might surprise you. At the heart of it all is the connection of body, mind, and soul – fluid like a dance, carried by the breath, with a lightness that shows: yoga is allowed to be joyful.

  • Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand): a beautiful balance of courage, trust, and playfulness. It asks us to shift our perspective, to see the world upside down, and to find stability even when we feel uncertain. Just like life, really.

Kira
  • I am Kira, a passionate yoga teacher born & raised in the Black Forest living in the Urban Jungle of Berlin. I am a former climate activist and hold a degree in Marketing & Communications.

  • Yoga helps reduce suffering in both body and mind, which in turn lessens suffering in the world. When we feel free and balanced, we can navigate life with greater clarity and contribute positively to those around us. Its principles offer a beautiful, non-dogmatic way to engage with the modern world—free from rigid hierarchies that often create more suffering.

  • My teaching style is deeply inspired by the rhythms of nature and my observations of the collective. In my classes, I create a safe space for body, mind, and soul, leaving you feeling grounded.

I teach slow and strong Vinyasa classes like Centered Calm with a focus on the breath and deeply restorative practices like Blissful Rest—a blend of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding you into a state of deep rest & digest. It’s especially beneficial if you're lacking sleep, in need of self-care, feeling exhausted, or working on manifesting something in your life.

  • Sirsasana, head stand

  • I’m Larisa :)

Carlotta
Lidiia
  • I’m Lidiia, a Rocket and Vinyasa teacher, but first and foremost a student of yoga and life. I’m always in tender awe and forever curious about everything that expands my understanding of the world, yoga being one of the most precious gems for me on this path. I’m a practitioner of the Ashtanga method, and through thick and thin, it remains my daily source of inspiration and insight. My passion for learning and exploration is said to be quite contagious :)

  • Even if we only take it as far as an asana practice, already there yoga is a symbolic language of shapes and flows that mirrors life in a condensed, playful way. It teaches you to stay steady yet proactive, to embrace your own rawness and vulnerability, and to come to terms with life’s inherent chaos. And, if even for a brief moment, it satisfies that deep longing for wholeness we all carry in our hearts :)

  • I blend Ashtanga’s demanding, vigorous yet steady rhythm with the playful spark of Rocket, creating a practice that is both grounded and alive. To me, yoga is a space to explore, to be raw and honest, while re-connecting with your body and mind. So I invite you to make the practice yours, to own it, and most importantly, to have fun, even when the asanas bite back!

  • Kapotasana A.

Anika
  • I’m Anika, a yoga and mindfulness teacher from Berlin.

  • Yoga is a spiritual practice that connects you with your own body and mind and is therefore a recurring self-exploration that everyone should experience.

  • I teach Vinyasa inspired Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga. My focus is on a mindful yoga practice that offers a balance of dynamics and calmness. I integrate intuitive movements, conscious breathing and time for silence to promote a deeper connection to one’s body and mind.

  • Surrender to gravity in Supta Baddha Konasana. ;)
