Who are you?

I’m Ilayda, a Vinyasa yoga teacher, copywriter, and lifelong student. I’m passionate about self-care, writing, and psychology, and I strive to inspire balance and growth through everything I do, both professionally and personally.


Why should Yoga be shared with the world?

Yoga is a transformative tool that extends far beyond the mat. It offers new perspectives and fosters qualities like compassion and empathy. These practices not only support personal growth but also have the potential to cultivate collective well-being and connection.


What do you teach and what is your teaching style?

I teach strong yet playful Vinyasa flow classes that balance challenge with exploration. My approach creates space for students to build self-trust and self-compassion without striving for perfection, encouraging growth both on and off the mat.
