Who are you?
I’m Paulina, a certified 500-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher and practitioner for crystal sound baths based in Berlin. I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their yoga journey, creating a sacred space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. My mission is to help people find stillness and inner peace amidst the chaos of daily life.
Why should Yoga be shared with the world?
Yoga is a gift that allows us to come home to ourselves. In a world that moves so fast, it creates a rare and sacred pause—a space to breathe, to feel, and to simply be. I want to share yoga with the world because I’ve experienced its power to heal, to nurture, and to connect us.
What do you teach and what is your teaching style?
I guide dynamic Vinyasa flows intertwined with the calming practices of meditation, pranayama, and crystal sound baths, creating a deeply nurturing and transformative experience. My teaching comes from the heart — supportive, intuitive, and adaptable—holding space for everyone, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, to feel seen, empowered, and truly connected to yourself.
What is your favorite Asana?
Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon)—it’s a beautiful mix of balance, focus, and letting go, and a reminder of the strength and grace we hold within ourselves.
