Who are you?
I’m Rachel, a German-American based in Berlin. My days are woven from daily rhythms of motherhood, conscious movement, and mindful living. I’m here to support you in finding a sustainable yoga practice — on and off the mat.
Why should Yoga be shared with the world?
Yoga should be shared with the world because it is a deeply personal, breath-centered practice that can be adapted to every individual regardless of age, ability, or background. It connects body, breath, and mind, offering a universal path to self-awareness and inner peace. (T. K. V. Desikachar’s The Heart of Yoga, 1995)
What do you teach and what is your teaching style?
I share Hatha Vinyasa, Pre/PostNatal, and Restore/Yoga Nidra. My classes are rooted in the classical foundations of yogic philosophy as well as the practical integration of the yoga practice in daily life - with a bit of poetry and myth sprinkled in.
What is your favorite Asana?
Supta Baddha Konasana/Reclining Bound Angle Pose.
