Long before it became chocolate, cacao was something people gathered around. In Central and South America it was shared at important moments, drunk slowly and with intention. Its botanical name, Theobroma, still means "food of the gods."
A cacao ceremony picks up that idea. Sina from Du mit Dir® will guide us through it, and we'll sit together with a warm cup, take a moment to arrive and feel the cacao spread a soft, comforting warmth through the body.
From there, we let the evening grow quiet. The lights dim, you settle onto your mat, and the sound slowly carries you into rest.
--------------
A gentle note: This event includes concentrated ceremonial cacao and a sound journey, so it is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or sound sensitivity. If you take medication, have heart or blood pressure issues, or are breastfeeding, please let us know in advance. Together we'll find the right amount of cacao or a loving cacao-free alternative. If you're unsure, please check with your doctor or get in touch with us before booking.
