Using the soothing power of rose - experienced through high-quality rose essential oil and rose tea - combined with breath practices and yin yoga, we guide you through specific body-based techniques to meet your emotions without needing to fix or suppress them.

You’ll learn how to stay present with what you feel in a way that is grounding, compassionate, and safe, and you’ll leave with a thoughtfully created printed guide with simple practices for emotional support.

Throughout the breath and yin practice, the sounds of gong, singing bowls, chimes, and koshi will support you in going deeper. 

This workshop is recommended for anyone who feels easily overwhelmed by their emotions and wants to process them with more self-compassion while learning practical tools for emotional support at home.

Emotions don’t need to be solved - they need to be felt safely.
