Our monthly Sound Journey & Deep Listening session invites you to slow down and settle into deep rest. Surrounded by the gong and Tibetan sound bowls, you’ll be held in a continuous soundscape that supports relaxation and regulation of the nervous system.
The vibrations move gently through the body, helping to release tension and quiet the mind. Without effort or expectation, you are guided into a state of presence where space opens for deep restoration and a renewed sense of balance.
Each session unfolds intuitively and may be guided by a subtle theme, offering a quiet opportunity to reconnect with yourself beyond words. You are invited to simply lie down, listen, and receive.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you.
Please note: Sound sessions are not recommended for certain groups, including pregnant women and people with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or sound sensitivity.
