Take A Pause
…from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through breath, ritual, and reflection.
This immersive 2.5–3 hour experience combines Breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and guided journaling to create space for release, clarity, and inner connection.
We begin with a gentle cacao ritual, taking a moment to slow down, open the heart, and arrive fully in the present. From there, you’ll be preparing for the breathwork journey through guided journaling and quiet reflection, allowing thoughts and emotions to settle gently.
The main part of our time together will be an activating and grounding breathwork journey designed to help you move emotions, release tension, and reconnect with your body and inner self. The experience is accompanied by carefully selected music and a safe, supportive atmosphere.
A nourishing and transformative evening to breathe deeply, soften inward, and reconnect with yourself.
